Mills Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of a portfolio of properties. You will respond to residents' maintenance requests, perform repairs, and coordinate turnover work to prepare units for new residents. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and timely service, with travel to surrounding areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction/maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents’ requests for maintenance/repairs and complete follow-up work promptly.
• Perform maintenance to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics of properties.
• Perform all delegated maintenance repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Complete apartment turnover work per checklists and deadlines.
• Maintain inventory.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment.
• Greet residents on-site and communicate effectively.
• Be available for periodic after-hours calls to respond to emergencies only.
• Travel to surrounding areas to complete maintenance duties.
