Job summary

WGA Legacy Property Management in Houston, TX seeks a versatile Maintenance Technician to safeguard the property. You will perform technical and mechanical tasks to meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and full functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-readies for vacant units, ordering supplies, documenting requests, and assisting with inspections. EPA refrigerant certs and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Procure materials, track usage, and notify supervisor when re-ordering.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
