Job summary

Rise Association Management Group is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician to support our Houston properties, performing interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and daily upkeep to ensure client properties look and function well.

The role requires a minimum of two years in facilities maintenance, make-ready tasks, and strong English communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in condominium or multifamily properties.
• Make-ready experience required, including flooring reset, drywall work, painting, and weather sealing doors/windows.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance Tasks: interior/exterior maintenance, painting, drywall repair, texture work.
• Building Inspections: inspect systems, troubleshoot and address issues, ensure safety standards.
• Manage and complete work orders with follow-ups for timely resolution; porter assignments.
• Daily property walks to identify maintenance needs and ensure appearance.
