Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to handle apartment and property maintenance tasks, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining curb appeal. You will work under the maintenance supervisor to address repairs, safety, and daily operations across assigned properties.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in property management or related field, and strong carpentry/maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of maintenance duties per supervisor and property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and high levels of customer service for residents.
• Keep work orders timely and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies and safety protocols.
• Ensure safety and risk management compliance.
