Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking a dedicated Porter for Vista Breeze, a 119-unit affordable community in Miami, FL. The role covers maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and inviting living environment, focusing on first and last impressions for residents.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience; apartment-industry familiarity is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or property services preferred.
• Apartment industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain the property, including walkways, common areas, and amenities.
• Empty trash and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Assist with turning vacant units as needed and maintain clean work areas.
• Use tools to maintain surfaces, trim landscaping, and perform painting as assigned.
• Pressure wash common areas and ensure inventory items are in good working condition.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments and manage physical activity including lifting and climbing stations.
