Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains the property including front walkways, sidewalks, decks, hallways, lobbies, patios, sport courts, pool area and related facilities.
• Empty and clean trash containers and transport waste to disposal area.
• Assist with turning units and cleaning vacant apartments.
• Use blower for common areas and perform lawn care tasks as needed.
• Prepare surfaces and perform painting as assigned.
