Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance processes across our properties in Orlando. The role includes routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to support property operations and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities cover on-site maintenance, ground care, make-ready units, and timely response to work orders while ensuring safety and adherence to policies. A high school diploma and basic computer and OSHA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes, including corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Attendance on site is required daily and make-ready tasks for units.
• Perform cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Complete daily exterior maintenance and pool cleaning with accurate chemical logs.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions; enforce safety standards.
