SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community in Florida. The role focuses on keeping grounds, amenities, exteriors, parking lots, and other common areas clean and presentable while supporting the maintenance team.

You will perform make-ready tasks, minor repairs, painting, and safety duties, with weekend availability as needed. A strong work ethic, physical stamina, and attention to detail are essential to maintain curb appeal and resident

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Grace Hill training completion is required.

Responsabilités

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and other common areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and make-ready efforts when requested.
• Change locks, rekey units, and distribute resident communications when requested.
• Help clean and organize maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Assist with physical tasks such as moving heavy items or cleaning vacant units.
