Job summary

Paradise Management LLC seeks a Service Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity and safety for residents and staff. You will handle maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.

You will also manage make-ready turnovers, assist with major repairs, and participate in safety trainings while supporting on-call rotations and snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and general facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks personally as directed by supervisors.
• Respond to resident service requests; fix issues within 24 hours when possible.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in on-call rotations.
• Maintain tools, equipment and inventory; order supplies with approval.
• Complete make-ready work on vacant apartments within standard timelines.
• Assist with major repairs, replacements and contract discussions.
