Job summary

Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations across the property portfolio. You will lead technicians and vendors, ensure safety standards, and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects to preserve assets and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience in mechanical systems, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years' experience in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available for after-hours emergency situations and night/weekend on-call.
• Must conduct business in accordance with company policies and comply with OSHA and fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and manage service staff and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and apartment turns.
• Maintain organization and safety in the shop and work areas.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on major repairs and capital improvements.
• Attend meetings and provide status updates on maintenance activities.
