You will manage vendor contracts, participate in budgeting, and uphold safety and fair housing standards while delivering reliable, high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property management.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with fair housing regulations and vendor management.
