Vidalta Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the assigned apartment community. You will lead the on-site team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across turnover and preventive maintenance.

The role emphasizes budgeting, compliance with OSHA/EPA, and proactive problem solving to keep properties in excellent condition and residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5–8 years in property maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general appliance repair.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) for HVAC refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance team and oversee daily tasks and make-ready timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts while controlling budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA/EPA standards and Fair Housing laws.
• Oversee resident service requests and apartment turnover to quality standards.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Asset Management to support large projects.
