Bell Partners Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Irving, TX to lead and supervise maintenance staff across interior and exterior properties. You will oversee repairs, groundskeeping, safety, and compliance to deliver a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires 2–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, EPA 608, and a CPO certification. Strong communication, scheduling, and vendor coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years maintenance experience in a multi-family housing environment.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications and a current CPO certification.
• Experience repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Proficient computer skills including Ops Technology and e-mail.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates Bell Core Values and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct regular appraisals.
• Ensure community grounds are in good repair and maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Inspect grounds, respond to repair requests and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Coordinate lawn and outdoor services with approved vendors as needed.
• Maintain Community Compliance Manual and follow safety/OSHA requirements.
• Attend required meetings and training programs and communicate professionally.
