Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in property maintenance, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general appliance repair.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) is required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site maintenance personnel.
Oversee the maintenance operations and make-ready turnover to standards.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts within budget.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA) across all activities.
Coordinate with Facilities and Asset Management for efficiency and project delivery.
