Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and manage day-to-day operations at the community. You will handle service requests, schedule preventative tasks, and ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are met.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, on-site supervision, and efficient resource management, with on-call responsibilities and ongoing collaboration with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance activities and staff.
• Coordinate and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain records on service requests and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
