Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Seacrest Apartments in Garland, TX. The role oversees day-to-day maintenance, ensures compliance with company policies and all applicable laws, and coordinates with the Property Manager and subcontractors to keep the property in excellent condition.

You will monitor safety, maintain records, manage a shop, and guide a maintenance team to keep units ready for occupancy while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance skills.
• Experience with EPA/OSHA standards documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Maintain and repair building components (lights, doors, locks, fixtures, flooring, ceilings, etc.).
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready per policy and coordinate make-ready with the Property Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and expenditures.
