Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and lead critical projects across our properties in Georgia. The role combines hands-on trade work with leadership responsibilities to ensure safe, reliable operations and tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of property maintenance experience, strong knowledge of building trades, and proficiency with tools and software such as Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in a trade with general maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge of building and mechanical trades and safety protocols.
• Strong organization and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi/RealPage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other maintenance employees.
• Lead special projects.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Be proficient in a specific trade with general skills.
• Work independently on routine projects and seek help for complex ones.
• Occasionally work overtime for special projects or emergencies.
