Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in maintenance; min 1 year in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, Chiller, electrical, plumbing.
• Familiar with safety regulations and compliance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
