Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in multi-family property maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with scheduling and managing service requests.
• Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs.
• Maintain grounds and community areas.
• Organize and maintain maintenance shop equipment and supplies.
