Job summary

S2 Residential in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Lead Maintenance to deliver exceptional resident service by completing service requests across the property, both occupied and vacant units.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks, lighting, painting, and preventive maintenance, with on-call rotation and weekend hours. A valid driver's license and EPA Type II certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and auto liability insurance.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification is required.
• Detail oriented problem solver with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for common areas and units.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
• Assist with trash outs, unit turns, and safety checks.
• Proactively identify liabilities and help correct them.
