Job summary

Ascentia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead site maintenance across our manufactured housing communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure cost control while maintaining safety, curb appeal, and reliable operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and on-call availability to respond to maintenance needs and emergencies. Previous property management experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in property management.
• EPA certification for HVAC work is preferred.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor relations.
• Good budgeting and cost-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance for buildings and grounds to keep them safe, clean, and attractive.
• Manage vehicles, equipment, and inventory; schedule routine preventive maintenance.
• Process service orders and maintenance projects promptly; document work in system.
• Oversee vendor contracts, bids, and capital improvements; ensure scope aligns with agreements.
• Control maintenance expenditures; assist in annual budgeting and cost tracking.
• Guide and develop maintenance staff; ensure safety and customer service standards.
