Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, perform routine repairs, and complete make-ready tasks across multifamily properties. You will help with inspections, seasonal preparations, and on-call responses, building essential trade skills for advancement.
The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience, safety awareness, and basic tools. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; a high school diploma or GED is required.

As a MaintenanceTechnician I, you are the foundation of the maintenance team. You support property upkeep, completeroutinerepairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance.
Compensation: $23 to $26 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday with shared on-call rotations.
