Job summary

Cardinal Group in Burbank, CA seeks a Maintenance Team Leader (Part-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance the community while ensuring residents enjoy a high-quality living experience. You will perform basic repairs, maintain grounds and common areas, respond to emergencies, and assist with apartment turnovers as directed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance or management.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills and ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings clean.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, offices, and common areas.
• Answer emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance issues.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Participate in on-site training and policy compliance.
