Westminster Management seeks an Assistant Property Maintenance Manager in Hoover, AL to lead a maintenance team and ensure the Riverchase Landing community is well cared for. You will supervise daily tasks, handle service requests, and drive preventive maintenance to keep the property in peak condition.

We value hands-on leadership, safety, strong communication, and the ability to train staff. Knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property management.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and fair housing regulations.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and fostering strong relationships.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi and typical office tools.
• Ability to work on-call and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Lead and supervise a dynamic maintenance team to deliver top-notch service.
• Oversee all community maintenance work, including service requests, preventive, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain effective maintenance programs to protect and maintain the property.

• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable living environment for residents and staff.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and property management leadership to ensure upkeep.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inventory updates, and team evaluations.
• Train, mentor, and inspire maintenance staff to reach new heights.
