Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in the United States seeks a Maintenance Manager to uphold the community’s appearance and upkeep. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate move-ins/outs, and oversee general repairs across the property.

You’ll drive preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety compliance while tracking work orders in Yardi and supporting leasing to hit occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 3+ years in maintenance supervision.
• Valid California driver license and clean record.
• HVAC/CFC, EPA, and related certifications preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and unit turns to schedule.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs property-wide.
• Manage vendor bids and ensure quality workmanship.
• Track Work Orders and inventory in Yardi, 24–48 hour response goal.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate recordkeeping.
