Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe common areas, clubhouse, office, model and all other spaces.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Ensure property looks inviting prior to new resident move-in.
• Report maintenance or curb appeal issues to supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and training.
• Support resident satisfaction by meeting expectations.
