Job summary

Edwards Legal in Hove is seeking an NQ+ Property Litigation/L&T Solicitor for a modern and expanding practice with hybrid working. You will handle a mix of residential and commercial landlord & tenant matters, including possession claims and lease disputes, working alongside the head of department and a dedicated team.

The role offers a generous starting salary and staff benefits with home/remote working two days per week. Experience with LVT matters or lease drafting would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• NQ+ Solicitors with a mix of residential and commercial L&T experience.
• Experience handling possession claims, evictions and lease disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage possession claims, evictions, and lease disputes.
• Handle rent/service charge issues, debt recovery and dilapidations.
• Collaborate with head of department and support team on a variety of property work.
