Job summary

Edwards Legal in Hove is seeking an NQ+ Property Litigation/L&T Solicitor for a modern and expanding practice with hybrid working. You will handle a mix of residential and commercial landlord & tenant matters, including possession claims and lease disputes, working alongside the head of department and a dedicated team.

The role offers a generous starting salary and staff benefits with home/remote working two days per week. Experience with LVT matters or lease drafting would be advantageous.

Job description

NQ+ Property Litigation/L&T Solicitor required for modern and expanding central Hove Solicitors practice - Hybrid Working.

Candidates will be NQ-5yr PQE Solicitors with experience dealing with a mix of both residential & commercial L&T matters acting for both Landlords & Tenants.

You will be dealing with possession claims, evictions, lease disputes, rent/service charge, debt recovery and dilapidation cases. Any additional experience with LVT matters or drafting leases would be an added advantage.

Working closely alongside the firms head of department, the successful individual will be supported by a dedicated team and be exposed to a variety of good quality property work.
