Job summary

Law Staff seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) for a fully remote role supporting a national client base. The successful candidate will manage civil litigation matters, with a focus on property disputes and debt recovery, while delivering high-quality client service.

With at least 4 years' PQE in dispute resolution, you will thrive in a dynamic remote team, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the growth of the department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Litigation Solicitor or FILEX with 4+ years' PQE in dispute resolution.
• Strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills; proactive and able to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
• Handle a significant volume of property disputes for investors and developers nationwide.
• Deal with debt recovery and collection matters.
• Advise clients across a wide range of civil litigation matters.
• Undertake some light commercial litigation when required.
• Note: personal injury, medical negligence and contested probate matters are excluded.
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong billing performance.
• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to department growth.
