Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Broadstone Oak City in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while delivering excellent resident service throughout the lease term.

The position requires scheduling Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring move‑in readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Strong follow-up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready for occupancy.
• Keeps informed about market conditions and competitors to sustain occupancy and sales; implements marketing plans and promotions.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, uses online channels and employer outreach to boost occupancy.
• Uses on-site property software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; coordinates with maintenance for showability and upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Manages lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and meeting with renewing residents.
