Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Greensboro, North Carolina property. The role includes leasing apartments, supervising staff, handling payroll and budgets, and ensuring a well-maintained community for residents.

You will train staff, hire and evaluate personnel, manage leases, collect rents, and coordinate with contractors. Travel is required as part of regional operations and ongoing resident support is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree (preferred).
• 2 year associate degree.
• 7 years general full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Prepare written evaluations and salary advancement recommendations.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll cutoff dates.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases and related forms.
• Assist in rent collection and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records for the property and follow accounting policies.
• Supervise outside contractors working on the property.
• Manage move-ins/move-outs and ensure apartment inspections are complete.
• Ensure residents have a clean, well-maintained community.
• Assist in budget preparation with the Regional Property Manager.
• Resolve resident complaints and report emergencies promptly.
• Oversee maintenance requests and inform residents of delays.
