Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Raleigh, North Carolina location. You will handle apartment leasing, resident relations, and related clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include explaining policies, maintaining files, data entry, and assisting with market surveys. Travel or occasional weekends may be required; growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve issues.
• Explain company and community policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files per policy.
• Enter resident data into the system per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market ready status.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
• Assist in preparing the competitive market survey report as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in.
• Show the model and available vacancies.
• Coordinate community events.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training.
• Travel may be required; vehicle use may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional weekend hours may be required.
