Freeman Webb Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee leasing operations, administrative tasks, and marketing coordination at a resident community in Tennessee. The role reports to the Community Manager and may involve mentoring trainees and handling related supervisory duties.

The incumbent will manage rent postings, deposits, maintenance reports, and leasing renewals while supporting market analysis and staff training, aiming to maintain curb appeal and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have leasing ability and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with on-site property operations and resident relations.
• Proven ability to manage routine administrative tasks and reports.

Responsabilités

• Handle leasing activities: greet the public, verify residency applications, draw up leases, renewals, and notices to vacate.
• Post rent, prepare deposits, write work orders, and maintain reports and inventories.
• Conduct market outreach, analyze market study and grid comparison, and coordinate marketing materials.
• Assist Community Manager and train new staff; may perform Social Director duties and newsletters.
