Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role involves showing units, processing applications, and delivering excellent customer service on-site.

You will collaborate with team members to meet leasing goals, maintain accurate records, and implement retention initiatives while upholding Fair Housing and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing and administration tasks.
• Show properties, qualify prospects, tour, and sign leases.
• Close sales, schedule appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and complete follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leasing goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and address resident questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and events.
• Contribute to office upkeep and model cleanliness.
• Support annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Review and report on market conditions with weekly surveys.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and competition.
