Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Live on South Federal in Denver, CO. The role focuses on leasing, resident tours, and maintaining model apartments, while supporting property marketing campaigns and onboarding new residents.

You will coordinate lease paperwork, assist the Property Manager with marketing materials, and uphold community standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software systems.

Responsibilities

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Live on South Federal Apartment Homes in Denver, CO. Our community is made up of 6 unique properties located along South Federal. We offer up to $30/hrs plus leasing & renewal bonuses and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.
