Job summary

Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for full-time work at Plaza Townhomes in Aurora and Valor on the Fax in Denver.

The role provides clerical and administrative support to two properties and assists the Community Managers to ensure long-term viability. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel between properties in the Denver metro area while maintaining accurate resident records and handling leasing tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office setting preferred, property management a plus.
• Experience with RealPage Onesite or similar software is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for two properties and assist Community Managers.
• Show and lease vacancies, collect paperwork, and assist with certifications.
• Maintain resident files and regulatory compliance.
• Process rent collections, invoicing, and delinquency notices.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate community activities.
• Travel regularly between properties in the Denver Metro area.
