Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Tomball, TX to support the Property Manager with leasing, accounting and staff oversight. The role requires familiarity with LIHTC/tax credit programs and OneSite software, with weekend hours possible and experience in leasing operations.

The successful candidate will maintain file integrity, back up leasing activities, and provide strong verbal and written communication while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic office administration and mathematics.
• At least two years of LIHTC experience.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• One year of OneSite experience preferred.
• One year of assistant manager experience preferred.
• Some weekend work possible.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and protect resident files with up-to-date record-keeping.
• Be cross-trained on OneSite rent-roll accounting, posting monies, reporting and invoice processing.
• Back-up Leasing Associate duties and support Leasing team as described in company policy.
