The role acts as primary liaison between stores, field support, landlords, and internal teams to ensure lease compliance and brand standards. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day property operations using facilities software, maintaining landlord relationships, and coordinating with Legal, Real Estate,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 3–5 years of corporate retail property management experience.
• Knowledge of retail lease agreements and landlord/tenant responsibilities.
• Understanding of commercial building systems and facility operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and initiate work orders with landlords and track milestones.
• Update work order notes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Utilize weekly reporting to manage open issues and aging work orders.
• Maintain lease covenants and landlord/tenant compliance.
• Support store operations and cross-functional teams.
