Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to support territory-based Real Estate Directors.

You will help manage transactions, schedules, and documentation, and you will develop data-driven site selection packages for executive reviews. The role involves coordinating with external partners and internal teams, tracking construction timelines, and maintaining portfolio databases to drive efficient deal execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions, documentation, schedules, and deal activity with Directors.
• Track landlord construction schedules and loan/lease milestones for timely execution.
• Coordinate with developers and brokers to obtain materials and information for deal execution.
• Create site selection packages with executive summaries, site details, market analysis, and financials.
• Maintain real estate tracking databases and provide regular reporting and insights.
