Position Overview

Acting as the primary liaison between Burlington stores, Field Support, landlords, property management companies, and internal business partners, this role ensures lease compliance and that each property is maintained in accordance with Burlington's brand standards. This position oversees landlord responsibilities for maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day property operations as outlined in lease agreements, utilizing facilities management software to track and resolve issues. The Property Management Specialist I fosters strong landlord-tenant relationships while supporting store operations and ensuring timely resolution of property-related concerns. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Facilities, Lease Administration, Real Estate, Legal, Energy, Sustainability, Asset Protection, and external landlords and property management companies to protect Burlington's real estate assets and deliver a positive store experience.
