• Background in real estate, acquisitions due diligence, business/financial analysis, or related fields.
• Level 1: 4–6 years of experience; Level 2: 6–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and divests real property interests to support generation, transmission, distribution, and related projects.
• Negotiates with property owners, business representatives, and attorneys using appraisals and agreements.
