Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial seeks a Land Analyst to support utility projects, acquiring and divesting real property interests, and negotiating with owners and attorneys to secure land rights for generation, transmission, and grid improvements.

Ideal candidates bring real estate, project management, and financial analysis skills, comfortable navigating evolving requirements, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Real estate acquisition experience.
Experience with land rights / right-of-way processes.
Due diligence in real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

Acquire and divest real property interests for utility infrastructure projects.
Negotiate with property owners, business representatives, and attorneys.
Review and utilize appraisals, agreements, and property documentation to support negotiations.
Support real estate activities for generation, transmission, distribution, and grid improvement projects.
Perform due diligence and help identify property-related risks or constraints.
Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Build productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support project execution through effective negotiation, documentation, analysis, and follow-up.
