Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and Bar admission.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with first-party property insurance preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategies.
• Manage a diverse caseload including pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
