Qualifications

• California Bar admission is required.
• Recent insurance coverage and first-party property experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of first-party property coverage and insurance defense litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft coverage opinions for insurer clients on first-party property claims.
• Defend insurers in lawsuits filed by insureds.
• Analyze policy language and claims to advise on coverage positions.
• Support subrogation actions on behalf of insurer clients.
• Coordinate with insurer claims teams and adjusters on active matters.
