• 2+ years of insurance coverage and first-party property experience.
• California Bar admission, active and in good standing.
• Associate through junior partner welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Draft coverage opinions for insurer clients on first-party property claims
• Defend insurers in lawsuits filed by insureds
• Analyze policy language and claims to advise on coverage positions
• Support subrogation actions on behalf of insurer clients
• Coordinate with insurer claims teams and adjusters on active matters
