Job summary

Real Property Management Seacoast NH is seeking a Rental Property Support Person for a part-time or contract-to-start role. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will visit properties, document conditions, take photos, handle lockbox tasks, and perform basic deliveries while delivering excellent customer service. You must be reliable, able to lift 40–50 lbs, drive a personal vehicle with insurance, and travel 30–45 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various properties and perform detailed evaluation and condition reports on rental homes.
• Document damages through photos and comments.
• Assist with lockbox and sign pickup/drop off, property checks, and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as carrying small ladders and changing smoke alarms.
