Real Property Management is seeking a Property Manager in New Hampshire to deliver top-tier service to owners, tenants, and vendors. You will manage leases, renewals, and occupancy, ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies acts, and coordinate maintenance with invoices and owner communications.

Qualifications

  • New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Local area knowledge and building maintenance knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel (60+ WPM, 10-key).

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service to owners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Assist tenants with renewals, lease understanding, and compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and submit invoices for payment.
  • Review owner statements for accuracy and obtain needed approvals.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, wearing many hats and collaborating with the team.

Property Manager is a working professional responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. Our Property Managers must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners, tenants, and vendors. This job entails extensive depth into helping tenants renew, sign, understand, and abide by their lease agreement. It also includes working with tenants and vendors to fill maintenance requests, verifying and submitting invoices for payment, reviewing property owner statements for accuracy, and working with our property owners with needed approvals and notifications. REQUIREMENTS

  • Extremely thorough
  • New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License (or willingness to quickly obtain RE license)
