Job summary

Ryan is seeking a detail-oriented Executive, Surveyor Allocations to coordinate property inspections for existing commercial clients. You will manage surveyors’ diaries, book appointments, and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure documentation is ready for the surveying team.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Proactively book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by telephone and email.
• Manage multiple surveyors’ diaries, organising appointments geographically to maximise productivity.
• Collect relevant documentation from clients to support service delivery and maintain records.
• Gather client health and safety requirements and update records as required.
• Communicate with clients and surveyors, delivering high-quality client service.
