Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and designated interior areas of our properties. This role involves daily upkeep, inventory management, and adherence to safety policies in a collaborative, employee‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions carefully.
• Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standard situations.
• Ability to take initiative to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property/management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, including a consistent uniform.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
