Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and interior areas of our properties. You will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure a professional appearance.

This full-time role requires safe operation of grounds tools, initiative, and the ability to follow instructions. We offer paid time off, health programs, retirement plans, holidays, and growth opportunities in Utah.

Qualifications

• Experience using grounds keeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to follow simple written or oral instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with a few variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to take initiative to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds including trash removal.
• Care, maintenance, and inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to residents and staff.
• Know and follow company/community policies.
